The Only Way to Make Oatmeal
The hardest part of your journey to fitness is eating right. Not only is it expensive to eat healthy, but at times the food can be really bland and void of taste. Oatmeal is most assuredly no exception. Sure you can buy the flavored packs, stick them in the microwave and eat up, but that is not the healthiest way to eat oatmeal. You can cook your oatmeal and toss fruit on top of it and get a little extra flavor and some sweetness, but that will only last maybe halfway through your bowl. There is a solution however. Try this variation, and you'll find eat bite has the flavor and sweetness (no sugar added) to get you through the entire bowl and wanting more the next morning.
Ingredients

1 Cup of Water
1/2 cup of oatmeal
1 banana
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/4 cup of milk
